The necessary and sufficient condition, to get into position, the price must bounce on a support or a resistance. If the support or resistance has already been tested it is the best condition.

Buy

Price bounce on the support.

Buy AJ Arrow (is optional)

Black arrow

Color stochastic red line.

Sell

Price bounce on the resistance.

Sell AJ Arrow (is optional)

Color stochastic blue line.

Exit position

Initial stop loss below/above support and resistance

Profit target with ratio stop loss minimu, 1:1 , before the next support or resistance or at oppposite Black Arrow.

All the indicators of this strategy recalculate, no the stochastic oscillator. but the condition set for trading is important.
